A register, not a folder of photos
Paper receipts never appear in e-Factura, so a photo is the only way they reach your books. We read the supplier, tax ID, VAT and date in seconds.
When something does not add up we say exactly what and why — “the VAT we read doesn't match the total” — not an error code.

What happens when I reach my limit?
New uploads pause until the next month or until you upgrade. Your allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused documents do not roll over.
How are documents counted?
One uploaded file counts as one document, including a PDF with multiple pages. Upload each receipt or invoice separately. Failed extractions do not use your monthly allowance.
What is in the accountant package?
Starter and Business include a ZIP with the Excel register, original documents and review status. Choose a month, quarter or year. Verified means you have checked the details in the app.
Can I access my documents after cancelling?
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your documents. You can still view and download them. The accountant package requires an active paid subscription; new uploads depend on your subscription status and remaining allowance.
